How to Download & Save Instagram Filters on Your Phone?

How to search for Instagram filters

To open the camera, enter the Instagram app. Then drag the screen to the right or tap on the + sign in the left corner of the image under which Your Story is written.

At the bottom of the opened screen you will see a circular menu, drag these circles to the left until the Browse Effects option appears on the screen with a magnifying glass on it.

Then tap on this to open the filters gallery.

In this section, you can choose one of the popular filters or choose one from the categories at the top of the page. In addition, you can find the filter you want by tapping on the search icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

How to save and download Instagram filters in the camera

Once you’re in the filters gallery, tap the desired filter to try it out and wait for the preview screen to open.

Then find the download icon at the bottom right of the screen and touch it to save the desired filter in the camera.

When the Instagram story filter is saved, a check mark will be seen on the download icon.

Then, to exit the screen and go to the Instagram filters gallery, touch the X mark in the upper right corner of the screen.

Another way to save filters is that while testing a filter, you can tap on its name at the bottom of the screen and select Saved from the menu that appears.

To return or close the filter gallery, touch the back arrow on Android phones and the X mark on the top left corner of the screen on iPhone phones.
