Instagram keeps a complete log of the activity of each user interacting with its app.
This activity report is a detailed report of everything you’ve done in the app.
You can request and download this detailed activity report by accessing Instagram on your PC.
Using this data, you can easily find all the reels you have watched in the program.
Follow these simple steps to achieve the same goal:
Open your Instagram account in your web browser on your PC/Laptop and log in.
Click on your profile icon and open Settings.
Navigate and expand privacy and security.
Scroll down to find the Download Data section and click Request Download Enter your email address and account password to authenticate and receive the file in your email address. Please note that this email containing a file may take up to 48 hours to reach your provided mailbox.
Download the zip file received by mail and extract it to a folder on your system.
Open this folder and go to the Content folder and look for the reels.html file inside. This file contains working links to all the circles you have accessed on Instagram.
